CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect both my time and my clients’ time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service properly. If the appointment cannot be accommodated the same day, a non-refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-shows without any communication (call or text) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I truly appreciate communication whenever possible 🖤
